Less Stress, More Celebration
A destination wedding sounds complicated — and it would be, if you tried to do it yourself. Coordinating room blocks, payment schedules, guest questions, supplier contracts, wedding packages, and dietary restrictions across dozens of travellers is a full-time job. That's where I come in. I handle the logistics so you can focus on the part that matters: getting married and actually enjoying it. From the first inquiry to the last guest's flight home, you'll have one point of contact who knows every detail of your trip.
Your Guests Are Taken Care Of, Too
One of the biggest worries I hear from couples is "what if my guests have questions or something goes wrong?" Good news — they don't have to call you. Every guest in your group books through me, which means they get their own personal travel agent for free. I answer their questions, walk them through the booking process, send them their pre-trip info, and handle anything that comes up before, during, or after the trip. You get to be the bride and groom, not the unpaid travel coordinator.
What to expect

What's Included
Most all-inclusive resorts offer wedding packages that cover the essentials — ceremony location, officiant, basic décor, a small cake, and a champagne toast. From there, packages scale up: private receptions, photography, videography, premium florals, live music, and welcome events. I help you compare packages across resorts so you understand exactly what you're getting and where it's worth upgrading.

How the Planning Works
We start with a 45-60 minute consultation to talk through your vision, guest count, budget, and must-haves. From there, I research 2-3 resorts that fit, send a proposal with sample pricing for you and your guests, and once you've picked your venue, I build a private booking page for your guests. You'll get regular updates on who's booked, who's pending, and what's left to do — all the way through the wedding day.

What Makes It Different
Destination weddings often cost less than a traditional wedding and give you more time with the people you love. Instead of a five-hour reception, you get a five-day celebration: welcome dinners, beach days, group excursions, the ceremony, and a built-in honeymoon when everyone goes home. Many resorts also offer perks for the couple — complimentary upgrades, free rooms, anniversary nights — when a certain number of guests book.
